It wasn’t unfriendly, but the manager was too mechanical, and the manager said front canthoplasty but the director said no, which made me uneasy from the start. It kind of lowered my trust.. Maybe because I expected too much, but I thought there would be something like an eye BTI, but they didn’t do it. The consultation was just so-so..
