First of all, since the clinic had only recently opened, the facilities were extremely clean as soon as I walked in. The consultation was manager-doctor-manager, and the friendliness of the front desk staff and the manager in charge was average. The manager seemed like she had only recently become a manager, and during the first manager consultation she recommended an upper epicanthoplasty and drew the line for me, but it was drawn so high that I was shocked. Personally, I also wondered why the manager and not the doctor was drawing the line? I wasn’t planning to do any canthoplasty in the first place, but she brought up upper epicanthoplasty first, while the doctor didn’t mention canthoplasty at all. The doctor’s consultation was average, just moderately kind. He did try to understand my needs, but it didn’t seem like he had drawn the line in detail many times. I liked that there was no pressure to reserve on the same day during the second manager consultation.
