I looked around many hospitals and had a consultation with Director Jo Seong-eun. It really felt exactly like the reviews I read: neither especially kind nor especially rude. They didn't draw multiple lines, and it seems like they make it natural, similar to your original eyes. I wasn't very satisfied with the line they drew, so I'll probably look at other hospitals too.
