I had a procedure about 2 months ago. The manager handled the consultation itself, and I didn't get a separate doctor consultation. I got Shurink for the chin, chin Botox, and an injection for facial fat breakdown(?), but at the time of the procedure the staff were also confused and disorganized, and they even forgot one of the injections, only preparing it after the doctor pointed it out. The facility itself was too cramped, which was uncomfortable.
