I went for a fat-dissolving injection. The doctor was quick-handed and it didn't hurt, which was nice. I got the version without steroids, so I don't think there were any particular side effects. I went because I was recommended there, so I didn't know much about fat-dissolving injections, but the manager explained everything well, which helped a lot.
