I had the procedure before they moved to the current building. The changing room and waiting room were really small, and the beds were a bit old. The counseling staff were also mechanical, and even when customers were right in front of them, they would keep chatting with each other, so you really have to go there just for the price rather than the service or facilities. Even if you make a reservation, you still have to wait. The procedure also ends faster than at other hospitals, and there was no mud pack or anything like that, just a plain face mask placed on top.
