The lobby was large and clean, but the treatment area was cramped. The female doctor explained things kindly, but there wasn't a separate consultation before the procedure. Even after the procedure, the aftercare explanation was somewhat vague, and it was different from the post-care I had researched for Potenza. The desk staff were a bit businesslike, and during the sunscreen cleansing it felt like they were moving a little too quickly. The anesthetic cream was applied unevenly, so some parts hurt.. It's still the same day, so I don't know how the result will turn out later, but the procedure itself was fine; it was the other surrounding details that were disappointing.
