I went in after applying for a consultation because I had a lot of redness and acne marks and wanted maintenance care. There was almost no wait, and the staff responded kindly. The explanation of the procedures for redness and acne scars was good, and the explanation of the equipment was good too, I think. When I asked questions about the treatment principles and things I didn’t know, they answered well. The director seemed experienced in doing the procedure, so I thought the effect would be good, and there was no especially excessive treatment, so I was satisfied.
