I've visited about 4 times for hair removal, and the doctor changes every time. If you go at weekend opening time, there are way too many people, and the staff didn't feel very organized, but since it's a factory-style clinic and a good value place, I guess that's unavoidable. The hair removal is cheap, but it's only my 4th session, so I think I need to wait and see the results a bit longer.
