I only did one mode, but because I did 3 sessions I saw a lot of effect. I did the mode that makes you lose weight, and everyone around me kept asking why I lost so much weight lol, such a great deal. The director also looked surprised, probably because the effect was so noticeable on the 3rd session. I didn't do anything special diet-wise, just made sure to eat a bit more so the treatment effect wouldn't be masked, and it worked. But since I only got it on my face, only my face got thinner. I think I'll keep going long term, and they do it for a long time.
