The consultation manager was seriously, seriously awful. Isn’t the manager’s job to ask what I don’t know, explain it, and recommend what’s good?? It felt way too much like the goal was to see how much money they could extract from my wallet rather than what concerns I actually had. I was honestly so fed up that I almost wanted to leave in the middle of the consultation. But I put up with it because it was annoying to deal with, got the procedure done, and thought I’d never come back. The director, though, was like an angel from heaven... so thorough and overflowing with kindness in the middle of the procedure ㅠㅠ Because of the director, I want to go back for another procedure, but the barrier feels pretty high, so I’m torn.
