I don't remember the director's name well, but she was a woman. I don't really remember the manager's name either, but she was extremely kind. There was no pressure at all, and they only did the procedures that were really necessary, which I loved. Before the procedure, we talked together about which area was bothering me the most and where to focus. They explained how doing it this way would affect that area, and while doing the procedure, they kept checking whether it hurt and worked more on the area I was concerned about. I've had a lot of procedures at cheap places before, and my friends said, "Why are you paying that much for InMode?" But here it's worth the money. If my acquaintances say they're getting InMode, I always tell them to go here.
