They recommended a lot of different things during the consultation. Another plastic surgery clinic had said I didn't have ptosis, but here they said it looked like I had ptosis and recommended Botox? So I questioned their professionalism... During the procedure, they kept talking to me about various things to help me not focus on the pain, which was nice.
