Even after lower eyelid fat repositioning, hollowness can come back. Revision surgery was risky, so I got filler instead. I really like how much cleaner my under-eye area looks. At first I was very worried about filler, but there was no pain and no recovery time, so I'm glad. The doctor's skill seems good.
