I went a few times for Shurink lifting, but I never once had a consultation with the director before going in. I didn't care too much since it was a treatment I'd already tried, but even though I had it done more than three times here, the doctor who did it changed every time, and I didn't even know who was treating me. I was unhappy, so today I asked the front desk which doctor had done it, but they wouldn't tell me.
