Completely factory-style. There was no consultation with a doctor at all; I just talked with the consultation manager and got what they recommended. I wasn't assigned a doctor, and I paid for a 10-session toning program, but the doctor in charge was different every time. So sometimes it was okay, sometimes not so good, sometimes kind, and sometimes rude. I can't say there was no effect, and the failures improved a lot. But every time I went, I had to wait an absurdly long time despite having a reservation, it didn't feel especially friendly, and because the doctor was random, my expectation that the results would be consistent also dropped, so I don't think I'll go anymore.
