I got it cheaply with the first-visit event price. It felt factory-like and, although I had a reservation, the waiting time was long. The consultant didn't overly push procedures. Because it's a factory-style clinic, I didn't have a big conversation with the doctor, but when I was in pain they adjusted the intensity, and after the procedure they gave brief instructions. I also had an IV drip added, and the nurse inserted the needle without causing pain and was very kind. I only tried Excel V once, so I didn't feel a big effect on my scar. I definitely felt my skin elasticity improve though.
