I really liked the consultation. The director was very kind, there was no excessive pushing, and the manager in charge was just the right amount of friendly, which I liked. But on the surgery day, because it was a fairly simple? surgery, the care wasn’t very satisfying. It would have been nice if the manager in charge had been there, but they weren’t, so it was another staff member, and they weren’t that friendly..! Not unfriendly at all, but it didn’t help with the pre-surgery nerves. I got a strange feeling a lot.. The hospital facilities also felt good on the consultation day because the interior wasn’t overdone and felt comfortable and cozy, but on surgery day it felt a bit lacking. Even after surgery, there was no sense of being given water or having my condition taken care of at all. When I’ve had several surgeries at other hospitals, all the staff I met on surgery day were overly kind and took amazing care of my physical condition, which helped me feel much more stable, so I ended up comparing them. Of course, I think all of this gets offset if the surgery result is good. Liposuction of the face is a surgery where the swelling and fibrosis make the effect show a bit late, so I’ll watch and leave a review later.
