I wondered if I could trust this hospital or if I should just ask for a refund, but I decided to trust them one more time and booked the appointment a week later, and today I had the procedure again. However, I had paid for imported filler, but I was told to prepare domestic filler. The doctor said that since Juvederm had caused side effects, it would be better to use a different product, and I thought they would use another imported product, but I was told to prepare domestic filler, and I was asked, "Do you have any left?" (There is a recording.) Then the staff member said, "We've put 1 cc in," but the hospital says they used a new product. And I also don't understand the comment that since Juvederm had side effects, it would be better to get it with Yusfil. Even though there were other imported products, they insisted on using a domestic filler that has even worse side effects, and I naturally thought they would refund the price difference, but they say they can't refund the difference. Then shouldn't they have done it with another imported product? Why should I have to take the loss? I'm not asking for a full refund. I paid to get an imported filler procedure originally, but because of side effects they dissolved it, and I wasn't even asking for a full refund. They said they'd do the procedure again, and then they gave me domestic filler and seemed to be talking as if they were reusing it, saying it was part of the service. Even though I suffered from pain because of the side effects, I decided to trust them once more, had it dissolved, and got it done again, but I ended up only taking the loss.
