The consultant manager here was very kind and explained things calmly and well. Since this was a consultation for a procedure, it was hard to see the director, but they said I could see him when getting the procedure.. There was no push for unnecessary procedures, and they only recommended what I currently needed for my lips and suggested a shape that would suit me. They also explained the ingredients and how to care for it well, and I had acne concerns, which they explained well too, so I liked that.
