Everyone at this hospital is really kind. Especially the manager who consulted with me was also extremely kind.. They understood the parts of my face I was unhappy with even without me saying them, took care of things that are easy to miss from the patient's perspective, and explained everything in great detail. Even though it was a treatment consultation, it felt professional and thorough. I liked that they carefully looked at my skin type and each area I wanted to lift.
