First of all, the doctor and the nurses are unfriendly. Especially the operating room nurses, very much so. Unlike what you see in reviews from other hospitals, there was no scene where the director reassured me in the operating room right before anesthesia. I didn’t even get to see the doctor’s face until I closed my eyes under anesthesia lol. My guardian says the doctor went into the operating room and came out when the surgery ended, so I don’t think it was a proxy surgery... But from the position of someone paying several million won to have bone shaved, I wasn’t very satisfied. For the one-night stay, the duty nurse is the nicest. The rest are all similar, and the OR nurses are really unfriendly. They even used casual speech here and there. You only really meet the OR nurses right after surgery anyway, and as everyone knows, right after contour surgery is when you feel absolutely terrible. If you’re treated like that at that time, it feels really upsetting, and you end up thinking, why did I spend my money and time for this? It makes you feel awful. The manager who handled my consultation was nowhere to be seen after the surgery date. Other hospitals send follow-up texts or even doctor calls after surgery, but not here. Even when I went in for a checkup, I could only see the doctor for about 3 seconds, and if I tried to ask even one question, he seemed very annoyed. Paying 6.5 million won in cash and getting treated like this is also quite an experience. I think the surgery went well, but it’s not even been a month yet, so I can’t say for sure. I do have some minor side effects, but those seem to happen to everyone after contour surgery, so I don’t think it’s the doctor’s skill. I also think they’ll disappear with time. I guess I’ll know for sure once all the swelling goes down. Honestly... there are so many good and kind plastic surgery clinics in the world, so I wouldn’t particularly recommend this one. I’d say even one star is too good for the staff’s friendliness, but I’m giving two because I was so grateful to the duty nurse.
