I was a bit flustered because when they were doing the CT, no one was in the recovery room? operating room? and it was so quiet. Still, the manager explained things well in a friendly way, and it seemed like she doesn't just say empty words? The director's explanation was... the director looked extremely tired. But somehow that made them feel more like a doctor..(they are a doctor, though...) and it gave me trust.. Even I think that's absurd. When they touched my face with their hands, I noticed their hands were trembling, so I was like, oh wow. Still, they explained my face shape well with solid reasons and told me in an easy-to-understand way why they recommended this surgery, which I liked. The review photos and their expertise make them seem trustworthy, so I'm still thinking about it.
