The director seemed professional. They also showed real cases and explained the surgery pretty diligently. But I do agree with the reviews saying the back-and-forth wasn’t great.. Since I came because I had concerns, I thought it was necessary for them to look at my face from a doctor’s perspective and recommend whether this would be effective or whether doing something else would be better. Instead, it felt more like, if they wanted it done, they’d do it, and if they didn’t want it, they wouldn’t do it. It also felt like they weren’t very interested in my face?? When I asked questions, they did answer them pretty well, but they were a bit curt and only said the bare minimum. The manager was very kind, there was absolutely no pressure to pay a deposit, and you could feel their pride. The clinic is very quiet!
