I did have the surgery, but since not much time has passed yet, I’m writing about the consultation experience first. The consultation staff were fairly kind. There was one employee at the front desk who pretended not to see customers, but since that wasn’t the person who consulted with me, I didn’t really care. Unlike other hospitals, there was no forcing of reservations or anything like that, and the doctors were fairly kind. The director seems professional, but he isn’t the warm or soft type. He does answer questions pretty carefully, but during the conversation there were moments that made me think, “Huh?” The hospital facilities aren’t especially amazing, but they’re decent, and I liked the quiet atmosphere. I plan to write an evaluation of the surgery after more time has passed.
