It has been 45 days since my 3-part contouring surgery. Zygoma reduction 6 mm Square jaw reduction 9 mm Chin width reduction 6 mm Chin advancement 2 mm For the first 3 days after surgery, it hurt a lot... Wearing the compression band for a week was also so uncomfortable, and for up to 2 weeks I could not properly eat. From week 3, daily life became somewhat possible. The swelling was quite severe, and it did not really go down until after week 5. It only recently started to go down, and now I am back to about my previous face size. I guess I still need to keep watching the progress.
