The consultation with the doctor was really bad. It felt like they wanted to get into a power struggle with me. The manager’s consultation was very good, because they seemed to know that the doctor was like that and explained everything kindly. I could tell the doctor was safety-oriented and had a lot of experience, but... since the doctor is the one who would perform the surgery, I was so unhappy with the consultation that I passed.
