The hospital facilities are clean, and the managers at the information desk were extremely kind. The consultation manager was also very kind, and I could tell they were being very thorough in the consultation. The director's consultation style is said to be brutally honest, but after getting the consultation, I felt it was less about brutal honesty and more about being realistic about which areas to do and how, while also trying to match my needs, which I really liked. They showed me before-and-after photos of similar cases and even drew on the screen while explaining, which made me trust them a lot. They also placed their hand and something like a wooden stick directly on my face to show how much could be reduced, and explained what the surgery would be like while I looked in the mirror. It was the most satisfying consultation I've had at any hospital I visited!
