First of all, the coordinator was kind, but the director didn't feel particularly kind. Still, the director explained the surgical method in detail and didn't recommend surgery the patient didn't want or didn't need, giving the impression of fully respecting the patient's decision. Overall, I liked the consultation with the coordinator and the director, as well as the surgical method. I also heard there is CCTV in the operating room.
