Consulted about double eyelid surgery. Before the consultation, they took 3 photos: eyes facing forward, eyes tensed, and eyes looking down. The consultation went manager -> director -> manager, and before the director’s consultation, the manager first set the line. When I asked about the anesthesia method during the consultation, the manager spoke as if full sedation was the standard, which was a bit like, huh? Later they said that only sedation during anesthesia plus local anesthesia afterward was possible, but when it comes to local anesthesia too, they said something like the customer may not remember anyway when opening and closing the eyes. The issue is not whether I remember or not; during surgery, shouldn’t the doctor be checking the line while watching me open and close my eyes...? I also asked about the average number of surgeries per day, and they said nose surgeries take a long time, eye surgeries take not much time, so the number of surgeries varies too much depending on what cases are scheduled that day to know. I went there because when I called in advance, they said there was CCTV, but then the manager said there is CCTV but customers cannot view it. If you don’t care because it’s a one-doctor clinic, that’s fine, but if CCTV access is important to you, don’t waste your time like I didㅜ Also, during the consultation, the manager casually mixed in informal speech, which was uncomfortable, like talking to a small child? They did not pressure me at all about the deposit. The doctor wasn’t bad, but overall it wasn’t a satisfying experience, and I don’t plan to get surgery here.
