The hospital facilities are good and the consultation manager was very kind. But the wait for consultation was way too long. The director was confident and explained everything I asked about, but it felt more like he would handle things well on his own. I wanted a more detailed consultation about the surgery plan tailored to my condition, so I am considering a second consultation.
