I went in for a consultation about breast implant surgery. They told me in advance about all the sensitive parts and things I’d be likely to wonder about, so I felt like the question list I had prepared separately was almost unnecessary. I had been putting off the consultation, always saying I’d get the surgery done someday, but they spoke to me in a friendly way, and the manager and front desk staff were all so kind that I was able to have the consultation comfortably.
