First of all, the hospital itself was clean and the facilities were nice, so it was good that I could do all the tests there without having to go somewhere else. The nurses were kinder than I expected, and especially the people who handled aftercare were so kind and friendly that I was really grateful. Right after the surgery, I was in the recovery room, and one nurse wearing glasses took care of me so warmly, like she truly cared about the patient, and I was so thankful ㅠㅠㅠ The doctor seemed extremely careful and meticulous, and when I watched the surgery CCTV, there was some doctor who helped? or maybe a nurse? I’m not sure who, but there was someone assisting and a nurse there, and I confirmed that the anesthesiologist came by to check on me from time to time. When I was on the operating table, I was so scared that I was shaking visibly, but the anesthesiologist told me to relax in a dialect, so I felt a little more at ease ㅠ At one month, I still had quite a bit of swelling ㅠ My face looks flatter and rounder than I expected, so I’m not satisfied yet, but they said the bone is attached neatly and everyone says once the swelling goes down it’ll definitely look different, so I’m waiting. Still, it was a major surgery, so I’m grateful that it went safely and well. At least the cheekbones really did go down. I’m just enduring and waiting for the swelling to go down ㅠㅠㅠ
