Still, he accurately caught what I wanted, and it seemed like the surgery result would come out exactly as I hoped. I was also impressed that the surgical tools and method were explained in advance by video. If they had told me why it had to be done that way and what the differences were, I think I would have chosen the note. I was exhausted because the consultation with the manager did not end until I put down a surgery deposit.
