First of all, the hospital facilities and interior were very good. Even small things like the catalog showed that they had paid a lot of attention to detail. Maybe it was because I went during a quiet time, but the hospital overall felt calm and quiet, and everyone was kind. I had to wait a bit for the director consultation, but the explanation was detailed and very good, and I was very satisfied. I think the consultation took a little over 30 minutes. I had already consulted at a few other hospitals, and I still had more consultations scheduled afterward, but I ended up thinking I might as well do it here, so I signed a contract after getting a bit more of a discount. I hope the surgery goes well.
