The doctor took a really long time and explained everything in great detail. The staff were kind too, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit. The only thing that bothered me was that the surgical direction I had in mind was different from the director's. If it weren't for that, I think I would have gone with this clinic in many ways, including the facilities. The doctor seems responsible.
