I ended up waiting for over an hour... but the consultation itself was long. The doctor explained things calmly and answered every question kindly. He went back and forth between three things, including CT and photos taken with actual face pads, before making the diagnosis. It seemed like he was recommending things very carefully. The manager also wasn't pushy and was kind. They said they'd send me the questions on KakaoTalk, but they didn't,, still, the hospital is really clean, and the aftercare seems good.
