1. Doctor friendliness: extremely kind! Since I said it was my first consultation, they explained a lot of things. 2. Consultation expertise: They analyzed my body type and recommended the surgery method and incision site that suited me. When I showed them the shape I wanted, they said changing the implant size might be a good idea. Since the head doctor was a woman, it felt more comfortable. 3. Staff friendliness: they were kind, but robotic. 4. Clinic facilities: it was a bit of a hassle because I had to move around here and there... maybe it felt worse because I have a bad sense of direction. 5. Expected result from surgery: they explained things in detail, and the way they would change the implant size depending on the shape I wanted made me feel like they had done a lot of surgeries. + I think the total waiting time was about 20 minutes. + They gave drinks while I waited. Lots of options, nice. + The place to change clothes was a little uncomfortable, but just having a changing room is something to be grateful for.
