The hospital is clean and the facilities are good. However, it's annoying because you have to move between floors. The director also gave a calm, thorough consultation. Before surgery, an acquaintance of mine was introduced to this director too, and they carefully looked over the things I was curious or worried about. I'm still observing the results after surgery, so I'm not sure, but I keep doubting whether this is right, so I feel somewhat anxious. What I was dissatisfied with was that right after the surgery, during the anesthesia recovery process, I was freezing cold, and the one nurse there was basically useless... She was talking on the phone so her voice barely came out, and when I finally called her over to speak, it was so irritating. The bed was also very uncomfortable. Even after I was a bit awake from anesthesia and moved to the recovery room, they didn't explain how to use anything or how to call for help, so I had to painfully get up, find it, and call. At that point, I felt I'd rather just go home and rest, so I left. It feels like it's becoming a factory-style large hospital? Even though it wasn't at that stage yet, the response felt robotic, and the biggest problem was that I met the wrong staff, like the consultation manager. Their response is poor when problems arise, and it felt like there were multiple consultation managers thinking, 'If you're going to have surgery, go ahead, I already explained it.' The manager in charge didn't contact me from the moment I went into surgery until after it ended. It's the first place like this I've seen, so I wouldn't recommend it to acquaintances.
