- Doctor friendliness: Very kind, and I had a lot of questions but they answered each one well. They took photos of my face on an iPad and looked at them with me, and I liked how they explained things while drawing. - Consultation expertise: They reflected my opinions well about the parts I wanted to change and explained everything, including the incision site and surgical method. I liked that they didn’t recommend things I didn’t want. - Staff friendliness: Everyone was generally kind, but it felt like the kind of friendliness you’d expect from staff. Personally, I was satisfied. - Clinic facilities: The facilities were excellent. Everything was clean overall, and I had a CT scan three times, and the clarity was outstanding. The nerves and other structures were so clearly visible that it somehow made me trust them. - Surgery expectations: They explained things in detail and seemed confident, so I felt like they would do a clean, good job.
