When I was looking into plastic surgery, I had asked around among offline acquaintances, so I didn’t know about plastic-surgery cafes like this community until recently, when a middle school friend who was also 고민ing about plastic surgery told me about it. I learned that when people look into plastic surgery, many suffer because of countless brokers and the lack of accurate information, so I decided to take a little time today while I’m back at my parents’ home to write this review in hopes it will help many people. :) [I verified the receipt on this community. In my case, the deposit was 1 million won / surgery fee 4.5 million won (check) / surgery fee 5 million won (credit card), split into three payments in total, so there are three receipts, but only one receipt could be attached, so I verified just one] My main stress was having a receding chin and a wide face that made me look unsophisticated and dull. Because of my receding chin in particular, my side profile looked like a fish, and from the front, the light line could not catch from the 45-degree cheekbones down to the chin tip, so my face looked wider than it actually was (and it was already wide because my side cheekbones were developedㅠㅠ). Anyway, I was unhappy with my overall impression, so I had surgery with Director Yoo Ji-han at Note at the end of the year before last. I visited once more the day before surgery and made several requests, and although it could have been a bit overwhelming, he was not flustered at all and instead seriously thought about my needs right up until just before the operation. As a result, I am spending my days extremely satisfied with the clear improvement. He performed the surgery naturally without making it look artificial, so people around me didn’t say, “Did you have surgery?” but rather, “You lost a ton of weight!” or “You seem different somehow. You suddenly got much handsomer!” I definitely look prettier and more handsome, but the fact that it doesn’t look like I had surgery is the most ideal situation (the situation every plastic-surgery patient hopes for), and I feel very happy about that.ㅠㅠ The reasons I chose Director Yoo Ji-han at Note out of so many contouring clinics and surgeons are as follows. 1. <Pursuit of natural beauty without artificiality> These days, people pursue such slim lines that many undergo V-line surgery, and many clinics try to make the chin tip as sharp and pointed as possible. But when you make a chin like that, instead of gaining sophistication, when you move your face to make expressions, the chin and muscles seem to move separately, and it often feels beyond artificial, even eerie. In Director Yoo Ji-han’s case, he was the only one among the clinics I visited who strongly emphasized the importance of chin width, and that matched my aesthetic pursuit. He said that unless the chin is extremely wide, it should be preserved as much as possible, and that the line of the square jaw should slope upward more steeply so that a refined, elegant slim face can be achieved while still maintaining a normal-looking facial structure. 2. <Application of various techniques in chin-tip surgery> Usually, many people try to solve every case using only T-osteotomy, but what was impressive was that he applies a variety of techniques tailored to each individual patient’s case. Since I needed to improve my receding chin with genioplasty advancement, I was looking for a surgeon who could maximize the effect while preserving body volume as much as possible, and Director Yoo Ji-han was the perfect fit :) 3. <Word of mouth and recommendations> I asked acquaintances and people who had surgery, and most of them recommended about two or three places. The clinics people recommended differed, but one thing I found curious was that they all strongly recommended Note in common. I thought there must be a reason so many people consistently gave Note and Director Yoo Ji-han such favorable evaluations! 4. <The completeness and neatness of the CT> It’s a little delicate to say this, but.. before surgery I looked up and viewed CT images of patients after surgery, and also CT images posted on YouTube. Compared with other surgeons at a few specific clinics I had researched, the completeness and neatness of the CTs were overwhelming. Of course CT does not explain everything, but nothing is as important as that either. So I strongly felt, “At the very least, if I have surgery with Director Yoo Ji-han, I won’t have to suffer from problems such as nonunion, and he is someone who can also bring out every aesthetic detail well!” Many clinics boast about all kinds of aftercare, and aftercare is important too, but what matters most is fundamentally doing the surgery well (CT is important!). The truly essential aftercare is provided as standard at Note, and if it was needed later, Director Yoo Ji-han even provided aftercare that had not been included in the original surgical contract free of charge. <What I feel now, about a year and a half after surgery> Every time I read reviews from other surgical patients, and every time I recall the time he operated on me, I feel that Director Yoo Ji-han is excellent at implementing a sophisticated and sharp image in a way that is luxurious yet natural. If I had not entrusted my surgery to Director Yoo Ji-han, I think I would truly have regretted it. If I had to describe Director Yoo Ji-han, who has outstanding understanding of curves, lines, and planes, in one word, I would call him the “Michelangelo” of Korea’s contouring surgery field!! Looking at the osteotomy traces in the CT, the shaving finish, and the facial lines and atmosphere that appear under lighting, I really felt that he sculpted with great delicacy. Director Yoo Ji-han is usually calm and a bit chic, so he could seem brusque, but in fact he is a very responsible doctor who pays extremely close attention to each patient until the very end, which is a rare type of doctor in today’s local cosmetic market. I can’t say much about other clinics because I did not personally visit every contouring clinic in existence or have surgery at all of them, but I can say with confidence that at least Director Yoo Ji-han at Note is someone you can trust and leave it to, and as someone who has had the surgery I strongly recommend him! Yesterday, on May 31.. I was choosing bread at a famous bakery in my hometown to bring some bread as a gift to Director Yoo Ji-han, and a customer choosing bread next to me suddenly looked at me and said, “Are you perhaps a celebrity?” It was the first time I had ever heard that, so I was flustered but also felt good, and it made me feel grateful to Director Yoo Ji-han once againㅎㅎ I think he really laid a solid foundation for my peak appearance! Director Yoo Ji-han is already very famous now, but personally I hope more patients come to recognize his true value, and I hope the clinic does even better too :) If you ever plan contouring surgery and end up consulting with Director Yoo Ji-han, please mention that you came after reading this review ㅎㅎ
