They take photos of my face and show me with Photoshop how I’d look after surgery, so because the base is my own face, I was able to shape the nose I wanted together with them. My nasal tip turns up and I don’t have a columella, but the doctor shapes a nose that suits my face and looks as natural as possible. Since this is a revision surgery, the silicone inside also needs to be replaced, and other places said it would need a full open approach, but here they said non-open nose revision surgery was possible, so I immediately booked the surgery for next week.
