I made a reservation in advance, but because it overlapped with the director's surgery time, I remember waiting more than 30 minutes. Both the manager and the director were very kind and nice!! Here, even when I had a consultation with the director, the manager behind the scenes listened to everything very carefully and sincerely, and I also liked how they kindly and efficiently(?) handled all sorts of extra consultations before and after the director's consultation. However, when I asked whether there was any aftercare system, I felt they responded somewhat defensively. I’m a pretty easygoing person, so I’m not usually very sensitive every time I have surgery, but for some reason their defensive attitude made me feel uneasy.. Director Lee Jun-woo was also extremely, extremely kind. He explained everything in great detail and sincerely, and this was a hospital I visited toward the end of my in-person consultations (the 5th hospital), but only after meeting Director Lee Jun-woo did I start to get a sense of things haha. Still, although I went after seeing reviews, I had come in half wondering whether this was a place that did too flashy of a line, and the photos of noses in the brochures in the consultation room looked really different from my aesthetic preference... so in the end I didn’t actually make a reservation. They do seem to push same-day reservations a little.
