The director was gentle and kind, and explained things thoroughly. Reading the reviews, the designs looked pretty, so during the consultation I asked the director what line and height would suit me, and they predicted it very well. But somehow, overall, it felt a bit busy! Still, I was able to ask everything I wanted before leaving.
