The facility looked very comfortable, and the large windows made it feel open and not stuffy. I waited about 40 minutes, but that was within what I expected, so it was fine. The manager spoke gently and there was no pressure, which I liked. The doctor focused on the important points during the consultation and explained them clearly, which was good. He seemed confident. Canthoplasty was an option too, but I wanted it so I said so.
