I was recommended silicone + autologous costal cartilage. I liked that they usually do surgery only once a day, and that they harvest the autologous costal cartilage under sedation anesthesia. The director first suggested directions for improvement, but wasn't very forceful with opinions, so it was easy to consult with them. However, because it uses autologous costal cartilage, the surgery cost is high, so I think I need to think more about whether the result matches the design I want.
