The chief doctor was very kind and kept asking if I had any questions. I liked that it didn’t feel like they were in a rush to get me out (so many doctors are like that, haha). I went on a weekday afternoon and there weren’t many people, but the wait was long, like 1.5 hours? The doctor’s surgical style? was very firm. At the same time, it seemed like they were trying to reflect my opinion as much as possible. For example, since it was a revision surgery, they absolutely did not recommend an epicanthoplasty, but said a lateral canthoplasty was fine if I wanted it because there was space. They explained it while drawing the eyes. They strongly push same-day booking (a bit too much...). Until the same-day booking topic came up, the manager also only said what was necessary, which I liked. Overall, the atmosphere of the clinic was pretty good.
