I liked that I could consult directly with the director, but somehow... even though they explained things in detail, they never gave a definite answer about how they would do it, so I agonized over it until right before surgery and ended up canceling for now... Like in other people’s reviews, it seemed they were just pursuing a broadly safe, standard result rather than the design I wanted.
