I had a consultation with Director Lee Jin-hwa for revision nose surgery. The manager was kind, and the director explained things well while drawing sketches. From the wait, to the CT scan, to the consultation, it took more than two hours in total. I had prepared a list of questions for the things I was curious about, but it was nice that the director explained everything before I could ask.
