First, the scattered clinic interior and the pushed-back appointment time made me think, ah, this is a busy place! But the consultation with the director..ㅎ I think it was less than 5 minutes. They asked me how I wanted it done and didn’t even look at my chart. So I said, this part seems like a problem, so I want it like this. Then they said, yes, that’s possible. Huh? They told me what materials they would use and how it would be done. I was expecting the most from such a textbook consultation, but they rejected me right away.
